Nokia wanted more support for retailers and to overtake competitors in the retail channel in terms of product visibility/availability and retailers’ recommendations.

Nokia also wanted to enhance the relationships with retailers and support their distributors to sell out & manage retailers more effectively.


Set up a team of 85 Field Force staff covering 6,500 – 10,500 outlets nationwide to increase visibility at stores and drive share with specific scope of work below:

  • Build strong relationships with retailers
  • POSM installation & merchandising
  • Outlet Sales-In & Sales-Out Tracking
  • Product training & display
  • Promotion & incentive management
  • Market information collection via PDA support
